Charles Barber here, and I just wanted to shoot a little video recipe that I do.

This is a tonic for stress.

For me, I’m type A, and I just go, go, go, go, go. And I’ve noticed coffee for me, it kind of throws off my chi, my digestion, it makes my tongue get real white. Even with my coffee, with butter and mushrooms in it, it’s okay every now and then for me. But this is what I go to, this is my staple.

I like to use the pearl powder mBalance. This is kind of what this tonic is all cascaded around. I actually do quite a bit of this. It says to start with like four to six little scoops, not teaspoons, four to six scoops, it’s got a scooper inside. I actually just do a teaspoon. And I’ll throw that in a base of Chaga tea. And this is just something I brew up. You can get Chaga tea online. And we’re going to start selling it to you, I’ve found some really good connections on that. We can sell raw Chaga tea. But you don’t have to brew this tea. To make this tonic you don’t have to have this Chaga tea base. You could just use water or you could use the Gynostemma tea that we carry now.

But basically I heat this tea. I’m going to do a teaspoon of this guy. I’m going to add a little bit of our vanilla cream stevia, maybe like six drops. I’m then going to add some of our unreleased mineral drops, these are inland sea minerals, we’ll be releasing these soon. Add two dropperfuls of our turmeric. I add about a teaspoon of our black maca powder.

So this is another area where I can get a little bit of energy from this. I have to be careful personally on taking too much black maca, but a little bit does me really good. I do a little bit of coconut oil, a little bit of our mesquite. You guys might be wondering, “Well you don’t sell mesquite on your website.” Well we don’t yet, we will. Collagen peptides, you guys already know about. I’ll throw that in just to bring a little bit of protein in the morning.

But that’s my tonic that I make, this is my go-to guys. And this is just for someone, if you deal with a lot of stress, you wake up in the morning, you’ve got a lot of things on your mind, a lot of things to do, this is a tonic that can help push you through that through grace. I’ve noticed through stimulants that I take if I’ve got a lot to do, I get like half of them done, I’m stressed out like the whole day, and my body just is on this kind of like, like this all day, like I’m just kinda like eh. And it’s just not good, I don’t make good decisions, I’m not very in the moment. So like with my wife and my son I can be short, and this is just something that just helps my mind and body.

So I encourage you guys to try it. Again the main focus here is going to be the mBalance. In this case the Chaga tea also is helping balance me down as well and just kinda create zen. But the main thing that I take is the Pearl. This is like my favorite product, and I haven’t really talked much about it so that’s why I wanted this video and show you guys just kinda what I do and what works for me. And you guys know that know me, know I am, I’m kinda crazy, I’m everywhere and all that, but that’s kinda what it takes to do this.

Oh and by the way, it tastes amazing, so I probably should have denote that in the beginning. It’s so good, it tastes so good, it’s like a little caramel graham cracker.
