This is my first ever purchase from Crucial Four and I am so glad I got it! I needed salt and colostrum and got a GREAT deal on 4 amazing products. I’ve seen my overall quality of life improve, but the top three have been energy, sleep, and weight loss. Also with histamine and digestive regulation. I throw a scoop of everything in a smoothie with some raw milk and berries every morning and it’s been the best way to start my day. After doing tons and tons of research over the years, I found that Crucial Four provides the best superfoods that surpass all my standards! I think what I like the most about the collagen is the fact it’s virtually tasteless. Other brands of non-flavored collagen make me almost projectile vomit they taste so bad. This one you can’t even notice. My one issue is it doesn’t seem to dissolve very well even after lots of stirring. Doesn’t bother me enough to change brands because I like using a brand I can’t trust.
